Cellulose
Various brake pad factories each use a specific formula to produce brake pads with acceptable quality, naturally differing from one manufacturer to another. However, a common factor among all brake pad producers is the use of cellulose in their brake pad compositions. Mana Tormoz Mashin proudly declares its ability to produce cellulose in two colors—white and gray—and in any mesh size (grain size), ready to supply to interested customers.

Mold Wax
To prevent the materials used in brake pad production from sticking to the molds, a special wax known as mold wax is used. Quality wax must have several characteristics:

* Achieve the desired viscosity level.
* Leave no residue on the brake pad after use.
* Be cost-effective.
* Prevent the produced brake pad from sticking to the mold under all conditions.

Therefore, the use of high-quality mold wax is recommended to valued consumers.

Adhesive
Various types of brake pads and clutches produced for different vehicles as well as industrial machinery and equipment require adhesives that, in addition to very strong adhesion, must have high resistance to temperature and pressure. Among Mana Tormoz Mashin’s products are types of thermoset adhesives 64 and 91 in dark orange and gray colors, both possessing all the mentioned features and widely used in brake pad production according to consumer needs.

Types of Raw Materials Used in Brake Pad Production
In producing most brake pads, more than 15 to 20 different types of raw materials are used. These materials vary in nature, and depending on the type of brake pad, different combinations are used during manufacturing. Sometimes these materials are supplied domestically and other times imported. Examples include resin, graphite, various metal powders, different fibers, and more.
